About the assignment

In this exciting consulting assignment, you will work in a security classified environment, which means you will undergo a thorough examination. We are currently looking for two HR specialists in recruitment for an assignment at an authority in Stockholm. The work is led by the authority's HR function, which currently consists of an HR manager and an HR specialist. This is a consulting assignment through us at Bemannia starting on March 17, 2026, lasting until May 17, 2026, with a possibility of an extension of 2 months.

📍 Location: Stockholm 📆 Scope: Working hours are from 08:00 to 16:30 with the possibility of some flexible hours, remote work a few days a week 🔒 Security Classification: This assignment requires an approved security clearance, including a security interview and background check.

Your tasks

Your main tasks will involve recruiting a larger number of employees for an expansion of the authority. Furthermore, you will support managers with selection, interviews, reference checks, and in some recruitments, security clearance interviews. Possibly also search in certain recruitments.

Your qualifications

✔️ University degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 p) with a focus on personnel or a university education assessed as equivalent by the Client ✔️ At least three (3) years of documented work experience in the HR field with a focus on recruitment ✔️ Recruited in various competency areas (e.g., IT, economics/administration, law, customer service, etc.) or at hierarchically different organizational levels (e.g., manager, middle manager, specialists) ✔️ Documented experience in competency-based interview methodology ✔️ Documented experience in managing candidates in a digital support system for recruitment ✔️ Experience in IT recruitment, i.e., being fluent in the language to effectively support managers in IT recruitments ✔️ At least one (1) year of work experience in background checks and security clearance interviews according to the Security Protection Act
